SARAH THURSTON
OWNER + PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DESIGNER + BUYER
Since 2011, Sarah has been creating beautiful and livable spaces tailored to her client’s distinct needs. While it is her passion, it has never been a hobby. Sarah graduated from Fairfield University with both her residential and professional certificates and is trained in the drafting process, including local building codes which makes her a valuable part of the team when considering a new build or renovation. From concept to installation, Sarah handles every aspect of the project and makes it seamless and manageable for clients. Sarah lives in Fairfield with her three children.
SHANNON STIRLING, SENIOR DESIGNER + BUYER
Shannon boasts over two decades of interior design. With a keen eye for detail and a good listener, her ability to completely understand the scope of the project enables her to deliver a timeless interior exceeding the clients expectations. Understanding that every project, budget, and client is different she is able to capture the true essence of the clients’ desires. Her passion for design is evident with the commitment to cultivating relationships by helping each client reach the best version of their overall vision. Shannon resides in Fairfield with her husband David and daughter Naomi.
KATHY WYCKOFF
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kathy runs the ship at Tusk, assisting the designers with coordinating all aspects of the design process and ensures all projects run smoothly. Kathy has been in the design industry for over 10 years, and manages all invoicing, accounting, billing, and merchandise orders. Kathy resides in her hometown of Fairfield with her family and dogs and has been with the Tusk team for seven years.
CAROLINE TOBEY
JUNIOR DESIGNER + DESIGN ASSISTANT
Caroline is a junior designer and design assistant at Tusk, and happy to support the design team in all aspects. She also works on the creative marketing and communication materials for Tusk. Born and raised in Westport, Caroline moved back recently from San Francisco, where she cut her teeth in the design industry. She loves all things styling and excels at anything organizational. She’s excited to be back home to her roots, and lives in Southport with her son.
CAROL FITZSIMMONS
DESIGN SHOWROOM ASSOCIATE
Carol is a showroom design associate. She has been with us for seven years. She has her BFA with a focus on graphic design and painting and started her career in visual merchandising. She was a design assistant for over twenty years, and is happy to help retail clients in all capacities.
GREG DUMAS
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Greg oversees all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient flow of unique and often specialized inventory, which includes the safe timely transportation and delivery of furniture, materials, and other interior design elements to client locations. Greg is a diehard Eagles fan and resides in Bridgeport with his family.
